La Espiga

La Espiga is a large-scale residential development located in Querétaro, led by Grupo DMI—one of Mexico’s leading real estate development companies, with over 30 years of experience in innovative projects that have significantly contributed to the country’s urban growth.

In collaboration with Morphosis Studio, I led the production of an immersive experience in Unreal Engine to visualize the initial phases of the project’s master plan. My role included coordinating a multidisciplinary team of artists and developers, and establishing the project infrastructure on GitHub to implement an efficient workflow.

I also provided the team with training on version control using GitHub, ensuring seamless integration of collaborative pipelines. I oversaw the assembly of the environment, lighting setup, and scene optimization, ensuring a high-quality visual result with strong performance. Additionally, I contributed to key decisions in design and spatial narrative to preserve the client’s architectural vision.
