About

Who am I

I’m passionate about crafting visually striking worlds that go beyond aesthetics—immersive environments designed to captivate and convey a strong narrative. My goal is to create experiences that not only impress at first glance, but also resonate through storytelling and emotional depth.

As part of a new generation of real-time development and visualization, I believe that virtual production and architectural visualization go beyond technology: they are art forms where creativity and technical expertise come together. My approach is based on building high-impact interactive experiences and visual narratives using real-time rendering, asset optimization, and development in virtual environments capable of telling a story, suggesting ideas, or serving as a starting point for decision-making.

With a solid foundation in 3D, lighting, and optimization, my work is about bridging the gap between artistic and technical disciplines, ensuring that each project maintains a high level of quality and efficiency. To achieve an immersive visual experience, technology is merely a means: what truly matters is how the images tell a story and create impact.

Experience and Trajectory

My journey in project development and architectural visualization began with exploring Unreal Engine and real-time rendering technologies for interactive and digital experiences. Since then, I have worked on various projects, including architectural visualization, branding production, VR/AR experiences, and Fortnite projects.

I have collaborated with companies such as Altered Ventures, Altea Emotions, and Demente Studio, where I developed innovative Unreal Engine solutions for brands like Aldar, Vidanta, Grupo DMI, Calaverandia, among others. I have also participated by teaching courses on the Fortnite Editor for Unreal Engine (UEFN) and created islands for events with different brands.

My approach goes beyond asset creation; I am involved from pre-production conceptualization to final optimization, ensuring that each project is scalable and visually impactful, enabling the client to make decisions based on a virtual mockup before bringing it into the real world.

I always strive for innovation in every project, exploring new techniques in real-time rendering, digital twins, and interactive production to take 3D visualization to the next level.

• Real-time visualization of luxury housing developments and gated communities for pre-sale marketing.
• Architectural environments ranging from residential towers to immersive themed experiences in public spaces.
• Use of Unreal Engine 5 (Lumen, Path Tracer and baked) for lighting, shading, material blending, and cinematic sequences using MRQ and Sequencer.
• Performance-optimized builds using NVIDIA DLSS plugins for demanding, high-fidelity experiences.
• VR architectural previews developed for Oculus Quest 2 and 3, including fully navigable scenes with interactions.
• Integration of interactive elements using Blueprints.
• Diagnostic use of Unreal Insights to identify resource-intensive elements, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Niagara particle systems for VFX.
• Product visualization: photoreal accessories and footwear for fashion brands with PBR-based pipelines.
• Interactive 3D galleries for NFT/Web3 spaces, balancing user experience and spatial storytelling.
• Asset preparation and optimization: CAD to real-time (Datasmith, FBX), maintaining material and scale fidelity. Optimization for topology in 3Dsmax, Uvs and a mix use of Nanite with LODs.
• Collaborative workflows with cross-functional teams, using GitHub for version control and task management as well with UEFN Version Control.
• Use of Python scripting to streamline repetitive tasks such as automated folder structuring, level generation, or asset preparation workflows.
• Development of branded Fortnite experiences using UEFN, including promotional event islands for real-world companies.
